Riverbend at Mill Village Amenities Overview

	General Overview Riverbend at Mill Village Condominium Association is located in Longmont, Colorado at Great Western Drive & Sugarbin Court. The Association consists of 142 Condominiums and was established in 1999. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Pool & Hot Tub What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water. Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager. ***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.
	Gym / Exercise Room When weather isn’t cooperating or if staying inside is more your style, Riverbend at Mill Village Condominium’s exercise room is a wonderful place to get in a workout. Enjoy a variety of equipment for cardio, weight lifting and aerobics. Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager. ***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.
	Volleyball Courts With the wonderful weather in Colorado, the volleyball courts always give you an excuse to get outside. Enjoy a game of volleyball on the two courts without having to leave the community! Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM Access: Access is permitted to all owners. There is no "key" or "schedule", but we request you mind other residents using the courts. ***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.
	Playground A playground is located within the community at roughly the intersection of Sugarbin Court & Mill Village Blvd. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!
	Gazebo / Pergola Within the community is a gazebo/pergola available for homeowner use. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside.
